I will tell you kay agree ap diet kar rahi hain na to ap only one time khana khain or pair na bharain apna jaga khali choren to usse bhi wait kam hota hy ya phir kuch din tak salad khain like boiled eggs beans phalli a bit of olive oil spinach aise mere baba khate hain and it's your choice agar olive oil dalna chahti hain to dalian ya phir na dalian or jitni veggies daal sakti hain dalain it will be the best meal
