Congratulations! Would love seeing some updates about the client and how it is going in a couple of months (or even after the first) - love the videos! Out of curiosity: How do you track the amount of appointments you get them and how many appointments is your guarantee (if that's sensible info please feel free not to share) ? I suppose you do Lead Gen through Facebook Instant Forms or a Landingpage where they opt in with Email or phone number, so the client has to contact the people. Do you work closely with the client so he tells you how many leads converted into appointments every month?

We actually are going to take care of booking in the leads in our client's google calendar, that way we can keep track of the appointments we book. In terms of the ads we are using Facebook instant forms collecting basic info like email, phone number etc.

Thanks Bro! yes the way my brother did the sales call was over zoom and we had slides prepared and shared his screen. Since the ads we ran were on tiktok and not relevant to local lead gen, we just offered a good guarantee. Our client did not ask for case studies. Although, in the past we have lost potential clients due to not having a case study.

I would not do that, the main cons is that you would have to use your own credit card and then get reimbursed from your client. Also, you want to come in as a partner and if the client wants to leave or do it in house they can just remove your access from their ad account. I always recommend people to come in as a partner and run the ads from the clients account :)

ecom niche is nice as the service delivery is not as complex, it mostly comes down to how good of a media buyer you are, or if you have a really good contractor media buyer. Since im still a beginner, I found it easier to do local lead gen :)
