I didn't officially start my journey but I feel like I would have went through the same thing and this is helped me to see that I shouldn't promise client's specific results if I don't know if I could really get it for them. Now I wwant to focus on something less risky.

"smma" is a service business first. The amount of people chasing money because low barriers to entry is vast. If you genuinely care about the service your providing you'll keep clients longer. It's a simple value proposition that's sadly missed on most. The key is ad skills, relationships and ROI. Value all three to be consistent and build a long term business.

Been struggling with outreach. I was able to secure one last month a fulfill the leads. But he hasn’t reached back to me for a while now so I guess I’m back to square one.

I pretty much disagree with everything you just said about SMMA not being scalable. You act like you need to hire a new VA for every single client. Margins are crazy high when your clients over ad spend. You just had to stick in longer and figure out service delivery, then your guarantee doesn’t even come in to play

what he couldve done was get a media buyer from before use their testimonials and let them run the ads while he couldve gone outreach, or what i did was i payed my clients 500$ for every referral theyd get me
