How can I earn the trust of businesses if I have no Case Studies? I do understand the guarantee thing but they still have to pay for ad spend. Why should they put their money on my hands if I have 0 case studies and nobody knows me?

You can build a market strategy through your market research. And for the case study situation I don't think it is necessary that you need to have your own case study. You can make a case study over some famous businesses who utilized the service that you are providing and got immense growth. In other words you make a case study over your clients competitors. I believe if you have a great market strategy, proper case study and right way to pitch your offer then you can still make them your client.

That would be a very long reply😅 On the topic of the video one book I recently read that I found incredibly insightful is $100M Offers by a guy called Alex Hormozi

We cant guarantee customers because closing a customer is clients concern and if they are not good at closing then we will suffer.

Very helpful video! Exactly what I was looking for. How can you track how many new customers you are generating for your clients though? I mean we as agency owners only see how many appointments we are getting them but we don't know how many of them they are actually converting so how do we do a guarantee of x new customers if we can't measure it?

I saw the thumbnail of this video and thought it could use some pointers. The green used for the "After" dollar amount is too much of a highlighty green. Up against the white it's laid over, it makes the shocking dollar amount you want to stand out blend into the white too much. So the hook of the thumbnail is hard to see. Make it a darker green to make it stand out more. A/B test the thumbnail to see which performs best. It could be the highlighter green wins. 👍🏼

Will I still offer my clients, so the clients of my agency, after the first month to pay me after I get them 5 new qualified leads or what? Like I don't understand why a business owner would still want to work with me, even though I over delivered in the first month. How would the business owner know, if I am going to even genernate him again a few more clients or not
