i quit antidepressants | my experience with antidepressant withdrawal
i had been on antidepressants for a little over a year and after making some big life changes, i found myself in a much happier mental state. it was definitely a process being able to coming off of antidepressants, with the first week going cold turkey being the worst.
i appreciate you giving me the space to share myself and be vulnerable. it means so much to me!

I was thinking of using antidepressants. I also struggle with anxiety and I’m always alone and every time I go out in public I’m always worried what others might be thinking of me. I’ve never had friends so idk what that’s like. Not sure what the solution is.

i've definitely struggled with the feeling of wondering what others might be thinking of me. i feel like antidepressants did really help me to see things more clearly and helped to rewire some of those thoughts. they definitely really helped me to be where i am now so they are always an option! i know therapy can be very helpful too. wishing you the best and that you can find what works best for you!🤍

It was easy for me. I got headaches. I had to stop. The new meds caused suicidal thoughts.
Coming off anti depressants seems like a mistake most of the time. If it helps you, why quit?
