    Compadre una sugerencia los tarros no debes esterilizarlos, es un paso necesario para otros usos, pero, para el caso que ocupas es innecesario ya que la carne está fresca, cruda, con las dos horas de cocción queda todo estérilizado, así que ahorrate ese gasto de energía y tiempo y dinero en colocar los frascos al horno, además no es necesario agregar agua, la carne aporta sus jugos, me gustó esa maravillosa preparación culinaria, excelente vídeo, muy didáctico ñ, tienes el don de facilitar conocimiento, gracias, cuídat, un abrazo.

    Peklowanie , sama to robiłam z moją babcią , mięso cudowny smak , długo można przechowywać w chlodnym miejscu , w razie W jest pod ręką , nawet można ponad pół roku , musi być różowy kolor i swierzy tłuszczyk widoczny w słoiku .Polecam , pychota i bez konserwantów .

    Wszystko robiłyśmy z babcią , mielonki , bigosu i różne mięsa , na rosół też , tylko trzeba chcieć. . ..i zdrowo jeść .
