    Do this challenge again, but decend in elo each bot, so skip the duplicate elo bots. Then if you don't win by Martin, you have to go back to the top of the bots and continue

    18:08 Bots played: 277. Did I fall asleep or something? 21:22 "The only thing I can hope for ..." Nelson breaks his rule of never playing Hope Chess. 28:17 He made it to Isabel. If I don't blunder, I usually can beat her (it?). From Andy Soltis's _Chess To Enjoy_: "There was an added twist to this at the European team championship in 1961. It was held at Oberhausen in West Germany, and one of the writers of a Czechoslovakia chess magazine recruited players, captains, trainers, spectators|just about anyone around|to contribute a move to the game. Each person was shown the current position and asked for the best move."

    Really cool video idea Nelson! I think that game was amazing, maybe even needing an analyzing video on its own. Also another idea might be to try this challenge in reverse, starting at Martin and ending at Morphy. Although the beginners might blunder to many pieces before the advanced bota can take over. Idk, just an idea.

    Love the channel, love chess and love the breakdowns and thoroughness. These gimmicky games, however, are not my cup of tea. It's fun to play jungle chess or bots with extra rules, but I do come here more so for the puzzles, the educational videos, and even just normal games (because I always learn something whether it's new or just engrained via repetition). I'm sure the audience is pretty diverse, and it's not bad a bad thing, it's still entertaining. Just sharing my own 2c for what's it worth, keep up the great videos either way.

    I actually thought during the game there was also other refutation with Rd8+ where if Kh7 than Re8 Rd3 Rxe4 Rd1 Rh4+ Kg6 Rxh3 Rxf1 Kg2 and if Kf7 Rd4 e3 Re4 it's zuzgwang for all pieces and will be a draw eventually because black King can't cross the d file. As usuall long lines wrong lines and after Rd8+ Rf8 Rd1 repetition black doesn't have to blunder again :D B pawn will be winning.

    Martin bot, but your pieces are as strong as their value. For example: queen can capture every piece, rook - everyone without queen, minor pieces - each other, pawns only each other, king's value as a minor piece. You need to checkmate with queen or rook. Good luck!

    Hi Nelson, I have another idea for you: Try to play against the strongest bot with three jokers. You can apply each joker whenever you want, but only once, and only one at a time: 1. The Martin joker: You are allowed to let the Martin bot do a single move 2. The Take Back joker: You are allowed to take one move back 3. The Two Moves joker: You are allowed to make two consecutive moves at once. Maybe for joker 3 some extra rules must be applied to not make it too easy: When doing two consecutive moves, you are not allowed to take a piece, to give a check or checkmate, or to promote a pawn...

  • @lanotalos1362

    @lanotalos1362

    Жыл бұрын

    Maybe make joker 3 a little bit weaker: You are allowed to move two different PAWNS at the same time, without taking a piece, or putting the the king in check or checkmate. Promotion might be allowed though...
