    15:29 glad hikaru caught that. as a 500 rated played i was about to shout at my screen, "hold on, castling there blunders a pawn 20 moves later!" but luckily he noticed that before disaster occurred

    I shall never forget the tension I felt as my eyes fell upon that pawn, and I knew deep in my 600 rated player mind that castling would unenviably cast away any chance of keeping him alive. Even with the utmost precaution, move 128 would be fatal.

    its because gm's see more into the future to see if its gonna work against him so when he thinks its bad he thinks if its actually bad and sees truly and sees it great so now he plays it cause it has more ups than the other moves

    Great seeing Hikaru talking his thought process out loud. At some point he was calculating faster than he was right-clicking the board so the moves seemed to be done in slow motion .

    I like how I am able to keep up with Hikaru's thought process in terms of development. But then Hikaru veers off into a new variation...and then well, there's the pause button. Hah. Gotta get back to studying chess properly I guess. Fantastic video though, you could clearly see how much stronger and nerfed Mittens is. Goodness that one was one absolute monster.

    Played Skynet, I am 1700 on Rapid, and its just destroyed me. Well maybe I should have slow down my pace to classical timecontrol :s

    As a 1900, I clapped all the cat bots, except for Mittens, and had some interesting games against it. I also destroyed the first 3 AI bots, and beat Skyweb on the second try. That last one was especially funny. I had a Knight for a Pawn, and there was no way to prevent the promotion. However, I found the classic idea of forking the King and Queen with the Knight when the bot promoted. The scary thing is, if the King moved out of the way, I would have lost. Surprisingly, I also had some very interesting games against Agent Chess, and I had winning chances in almost every game.

    So this shows the difference in a gm and normal players. I maybe think 2 3 moves at most ahead. You are seeing the endgame alot earlier. Thats where i need to improve and this video helped a ton.
