Hmmm just a recommendation. For the first game (1 day one I think), maybe change the color of the bullets depending on if it's the player or enemy shooting because both bullets being yellow is kind of confusing. Love the videos!!!

The 1 day game: could be done in five hours by a complete noob like me The 10 hours game: could be done in 10-20 mins by a complete noob like me

It would be cool if you could add, if the bullets collide with other bullets they get declined or disappear

I love these videos but take a break from the upload just make 4 games that all have the same idea with different amounts of time 1 month, 1 week, 1 day & 1 hour, see how they look and make a video like this one but with better looking games because of the time being longer ( not that I dont like the short time games, I just think you may be able to expand on the idea of it once in a while )

You can make a 2-player system where you both play on the same computer.

I suggest try this again but do a timer, just make an MVP of the same game in each interval and see how much better the game is after 10min, 1hr, 10hrs, 1day. Also a timer with code in the video and a showcase of the bugs as you develop. Maybe have a bug you can't bother fixing in 10 minutes bug save that for the hour long one.

when u noticed the 10 hour is the worst one out of them all: btw this is in my opinion and its a joke im not saying his building skills are bad, im quite interested.

you should start from the 10 minutes because by starting from 1 day will make it easier to develop the other ones with less time, like a speedrun

The games are different except for the colors and the fact that they are 1v1 shooters with a simple ai and you shoot at each other. The genres are different.

Is there anyone willing to create small games for N64 emulators to compete with the huge amount of small games you find on Steam? As in N64 ROMs with modern mechanics and slightly better graphics? I for one, would love that! I can play it on my phone and that's a big accessibility issue for me as I don't have time to sit down infront of a plugged in console. Perhaps even PSP Roms if N64 is too "restrictive" in terms of how much you can do with it in terms of graphics and file sizes. Is there a forum for this?

Did the 1 day game take 24 full hours to make? Because when people say they made a game in 1 day, they mean a bunch of hours (often over 12) in a single day. Not 24 full hours. Although that would have to be the case since the second game took 10 hours to make and is way simpler than the first game.

How long did you spend on the 1 day game? Literally 24 hours of development time spread out over multiple days or did you work for like 16 hours that day? Most people work 8 hours per day, which is less than the 10 hours you spent on the second game, but it can't be less.
