Yum!! It's deliciously made with fresh cucumbers, I love cucumbers and carrots so much. I‘ve seen these a lot in Asian cuisine restaurants before, but I never tried them.😒

Hi, whats the ratio for the sauce, or other ingredients? And are you using sushi rice or some other kind? thanks ^^

yes, it's short grain rice (aka. sushi rice). the ratio for the sauce is 1:1 but you can adjust to your personal preference! As for the other ingredients: 2 medium-sized carrots (season with salt and sesame oil), 2 small cucumbers, 3 eggs, a handful of sprouts, 250g ground beef seasoned with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 sesame oil, 1 tbsp sugar, and 3 cloves of garlic (crushed). Feel free to add a little bit more soy sauce and sugar if you prefer a more salty-sweet taste :)
