The best part of cooking for yourself is you get to choose what to eat based on your own personal favorites and food hang ups. So while this is definitely not the loaded baked potato of my dreams, but hey, if it’s yours, absolutely go for it and enjoy! We should all eat what we love, especially when we need the comfort of carbs and cheese.

🥓 in the oven is the only way I will cook it! I cannot for the life of me stand trying to cook bacon on the stove! I don't have the patience nor can I ever keep from being splashed w/hot grease each flip of the bacon! So I either burn it or it takes 3 days 😆

Baked potato hack,…rub cold potatoes in butter and generous amount of course salt stab deeply with knife so the inside stays fluffy not gummy bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit until 205 degrees Fahrenheit internal, about 1 hour, now you have the tastiest crispy potato skin 🤤
