People here have commented that at least her sister care about her. Well my mum care about me but she's the greatest control freak ever. I'm 28 and still have to tell her if I want to go out or I need to ask for her permission to travel. She also decided my career path and now my work is miserable even though around people say i'm lucky to be an engineer but i hate it so much. So I relate if people would say to the young sister "well she looks pretty and she won 1st place why is she complaining". She doesn't want to do it, that's what matters. My mum also would say hurtful remarks about my acne or weight and then later she says "I love you" ??? And if I say my opinion on something she guilt trip me and say I'm rude. That's manipulative behavior.

To everyone who is telling the older sister still had the best interest of the younger one in her mind, yes she did but the way she was trying to do it was the problem. Its her sisters life and she should be deciding what to do with her life and not her sister. The younger sister is 22 an ADULT and not a child. Am an older sibling myself, my sister is 10yrs younger than me. I scold her when needed and support her with things when needed. That's how they grow up, you make take a wrong decision or make a mistake but that's how you learn to do things right.

i can’t believe people are saying this ain’t a serious concern? munji, the younger sister, was hospitalized TWICE in ONE MONTH, but nOoOoOoooooooOoo the older sister just wants the best for munji right?? making her so stressed that she lost her hair and went to the psychiatrist is is TOTALLY wanting just the best for her right? just because she is good at it doesn’t mean she likes it yk. for example, compared to the rest of my classmates i’m really good at english but that doesn’t mean i want to participate in english storytelling competitions. i have terrible stage fright and going on stage makes me cry and shake like crazy bc i’m terrified. munji is beautiful and she is good at beauty pageants but it doesn’t make her happy. in fact, it made her depressed. just because everyone else is depressed doesn’t mean being depressed is normal and the fact that the older sister said that being stressed and depressed wasn’t a big deal INFURIATED me. if you love someone, let them do what makes the happy. if the older sister really loved munji, would she have made munji go through all that bullshit? you can encourage someone to do something outside of their comfort zone and that’s perfectly fine, but to force someone to do something they don’t like to the point where they’re crying every single day? that is not love. love isn’t making someone miserable for the sake off fulfilling your own dreams. love isn’t disregarding someone’s struggles, saying everyone struggles just like that nowadays. love isn’t dictating every single little thing they do. love isn’t thinking you know what is best for someone. they are their own person, they know what they want best and you either support them or you fuck right off. if you think this is love, then you probably are just like the older sister. i pity the people you supposedly ‘love’.

Finally someone who actually looks like they'll try to change

The younger sister is way too good for this world from what I can tell. She is super pretty and won competitions yet she doesn't have a high self esteem because she feels like she didn't work for it herself because her sister made her do it. She's also to nice to rob her sister from her dream even if all this time that meant doing things she hated and even got so sick of she had to be hospitalised twice in 1 month. She does say she doesn't want it but not enough to make her sister (and mother apparently as well) stop controlling her life because she knows they do it out of love (or so she says). Really she is beautiful inside and out and she really doesn't deserve this. I'm sure she will find her dream eventually but I don't really think she needs to find it right away. She is one of those people who will do good at everything so whether she wants to be a nurse, a police officer or something completely different she will do well. I hope she won't have to do those competitions anymore and that she can find her own dream and I also hope her sister can find her own dream as well.

at first i didn't think older sis was that bad from her intentions, but the fact that she's dismissing her younger sister so much that she becomes physically and mentally ill is just awful. older sister needs to acknowledge the hurt she's been causing

Because she does nobody is saying the sister was right, but the older sister obvi loved her younger sister she wanted her to be successful and thought controlling her will do that so she wouldn’t make mistakes, while that’s wrong, she didn’t have malicious intent her intent was always good and that’s why this was able to be resolved by the end of the episode

I must admit that they both are pretty. But dont force people do the things that they dont like to do 😌

The big sister has a fierce look compare to the little sister, which has softer features, which probably one of the important keys to her winning the pageant. The big sister should just focus on herself instead of shoving her goals to the little sister. We should talk more about what the big sister wants to do with HER life instead of the little sister's life. With her persona, she could be a tiger mom, or a high achievement teacher, or a prominent image for her company or something along the line. She's fierce, driven and energetic. It's just she's coaching the wrong person. If she still wants to join the pageant herself, she definitely has no time to dictate someone else's life in the mean time.

Older sister is a control freak the younger one needs to take a firm hold of her life and stand up for herself... Not everyone knows what they want to do with their lives while in their 20's let her find her own dreams and just be there to support her

Both sisters are really pretty. The older one should continue to be in pageants since she likes them so much and let the little sister explore other dreams.

That whole family has great genes. Look at them at the end too. Theyre sparkling.

I'm sorry but the older sister doesn't have her best interest. If she did, she wouldn't have allowed her sister to get to the point to have to visit a psychiatrist and she wouldn't say that all 20 year olds go through that. As a mother, I can say I'm strict when it comes to school and grades but I would never decide my daughter's career. I have a younger sister (11 years to be exact) and when she comes to me I always ask her, what makes you happy? Go for it! I can give my opinion but that's really all.

First of all, if you're a student, you don't work, you don't have siblings, you don't have bad parents, you don't have a physical or mental illness , there is no reason to fail at school. If you are here on KZread posting replies and you failed 2 classes that means you were slacking. An education is not for a parent but it is for you. I work 40+ hours a week, I'm a single parent of a teenager I have completed 2 degrees, 1 of them Magna Cum Laude and now on my 3rd degree and still 4.0 GPA. If you think life is hard right now when you're young wait until you're an adult. You'll be in for a rude awakening.

29BWA That’s everything my mom would have said. We had no excuse when it came to school so I understand where you are coming from ( I’m not a mom but I am an adult) But also sometimes when you try your best you still fall short. For example I terrible at math and I worked really hard to get a C+, instead of my mom scolding me she applauded that I gave my best at something I suck at. However failing was never an option.

This is exactly what I dealt with, my parents always decided what I'd study or where I'd go and what job I was to get in the future, as soon as they gave up I had no idea what I wanted to do😞 but luckily I managed to realise I loved to teach and I'm finally gonna do what I want 🙌🏽

After i watched this, i feel so grateful for having my life now, no one controlled me, no one tells me what to do, i can do everything that i want and i can be anything that i want 💝 i hope she live a better life after this show and do what she wanna do. 💝

I'm kinda impressed how she can still be confident and outgoing when her sister is controllin her life too much

No matter how much someone says they love you.....maipulating, restraining, and having no respect for your own opinion is not caring. People who use the excuse that they love you to control you is suffocating.

I really do think it's so insensitive of the older sister to say that _anyyone in their 20s is stressed, everyone is depressed_ . She's saying it like depression is just a normal, everyday thing and it's nothing to be worried about. But when you're among those who are clinically diagnosed with one, it's a struggle. When you hear people like her talk about depression, it makes you feel more like you're just making up all the struggles in your head. It pushes you to deny the fact that you're in dire need of help. It makes you say to yourself, _no one can understand, everyone will think of you as crazy so just shut up and keep it to yourself_ and then one day, it'll be over for you. 😔 In this day and age, it's sad to know that there are still people who are so "uneducated" about mental health issues. Some are still not in touch with the fact that it exists and it can happen to everyone.

Having the best intentions for someone specially a loved one means letting them making their own decisions, the older sister believes she has the right to control her life but she absolutely doesn’t. Let your sister live her life, and deal with yours more.

I can relate to this. When I was in 5th grade my aunt forced me to take piano classes I didn't enjoyed it at all. So later on I quit but then I said I wanted to be a dancer or a designer in the future but my aunt said I should be a doctor and I don't even have an interest with being a doctor.

Both my parents did this to me once, and it made me almost didn't graduate from highschool. I fight them to let me choose my dream for the whole 8 years ever since i'm still in junior high. And finally they let me do what i wanted to. I'm doing quite well now in my college because i choose the major i want not theirs.

This story really remind me of myself. A few years ago when I just graduated from high school and wanna sumbit college. My parents esp my father want me to become a doctor. At first I said I want to become physicolog, but they said nothings good come out of it. So, I start to negotiate with them and finally submit college with veterinary medicine major. Doctor for animals. The fact that till now I still not sure what I'm going to do in the future scary me. You dictate someone's dream make them have low self-esteem, anxious, etc. I hope the sister really change her mind, not just in front of camera. Actually they're a lovely family and beautiful sisters.

cheer up! i very much root for you! i have dogs and in my place we really lack of vets. often cross my mind why i never thought about being a vet. (and no turning back for me cuz, i took accounting major) it's not like i dont support your actual dream. but i'm trying to ease you when you said you're not sure what are you going to do in the future. either doctor or physicologist are both hard jobs, but both helps others. both are good. and what could be better than helping animals who cant speak? :) i wish you luck and cheer up. fighting!

Even fore years now, I still cannot touch dogs because of my childhood trauma. I'm still overcame my trauma everyday.

@@ntzkyh95-27 a friend of mine who work in animal field (im not sure what it is but he took care of many endangered animals) said that if you have a trauma against an animal thats starting from early childhood (not from before you were born) you can be cured slowly by using therapy. i hope you'll overcome it soon, dogs are precious and im sure they will love you too! :)

@@esveaz I hope so too ~ It's during my kindergarten, when I were 4 or 5 y.o. A dog bark and chase me out so I have to hide in a drain. It's still clear in my mind lol, and there's 2 times that I got so scared. I like watching dog's videp like in SBS show. But to see it by myself nah... Btw, I think you're a nice person :)

​@@ntzkyh95-27 as for me my trauma is against rats and mice, it's so hard that i can't even see their animated pictures, or even their vids, i would cry or scream when i see one. my friend gave me a tip for the therapy you can go slowly from watching vids and seeing photos, later slowly seeing the real one (no need to straight touch them) until you can find what's good in them and you may slowly like them. well as for me now, i can see their pic/vids but still doesnt dare to see the real one XD i may suggest you look for different kind of dog breeds, maybe one of their type could be your favorite and it may help you cure faster. my suggestion is Pomeranian cause that's one of my fave. sorry for too long text ^^; . i think you're the first person to say that. hahaha. btw what year are you in vet major?

junho really make full use of the media, only those at scene are able to do such a thing so lucky. Sometimes i feel actors are lucky, able to experience different stuff in the film. He is trying out his luck to date the sister lol.

My family usually tells me that I should be an artist, but I say no. But they keep telling me. They dont force me, but I just like it as a hobby.

Thank god my sister is kind af eventhough she does nag a lot 😂. We're very close and i can say that she's my bestfriend i share everything with her, problems and also clothes, skincare, makeup. She always buy me things for me and support me. After watching this i realized how lucky i am to have such a great sister. 💕
