I used to have second degree friends, which means homies that I would talk to every once in a while, but we never really hung out. Truth is we started having less in common. And I wasn’t very social at all. Then in 2018 or so, I started playing disc golf about once a week. I’d go to a course by myself and listen to podcasts, but sometimes a groups of lads would ask if I wanted to play with them. This led to friendships bc they would text me asking if I wanted to go play a round. Then I started asking people by themselves if they wanted to join our group. Now I have so many good friends that I hang out with outside of playing disc golf, but that is where we formed our friendships. Doesn’t have to be disc golf, but finding a good hobby really helps you connect with people

34:24 Sippy, if you’re reading this I completely understand what you said. I’ve been a very skeptical person and an atheist at one point (refuting catholic ideas) I guess I’m agnostic. The only reason I say agnostic is because there is wisdom found in philosophy that’s not quantifiable by science but valuable to one’s well-being nonetheless. I’m open to lessons but grifts and cults are annoying.

I’m sorry but that 1st caller reminded me so much of the TV guide guy from Seinfeld that was obsessed with Elaine and made her mannequin 😂😂 and Lyle called it by asking him “so how many times a day do you dream about growing old with someone?”

Aura girl might want to read up a bit more on that. While it's true that Leadbetter and helena blavatsky were occultists that believed in white supremacy its important to note that Leadbetter only popularized the concept of auras. There are mentions of aura energy in buddhism in china and india. Also it is pretty common in yoga.

I fell in love with a co-worker... Oof, embarrassing to say she broke my heart 6 times. You can't stop seeing them if you work with them, it made the break ups harder and easier to fall for her again. Love is crazy. You can have the most split emotions; "I love you AND I hate you". We both had PTSD, and got more of it, so that didn't help. Be wiser than me out there ✌️

You didn’t fall in love, you just let the fantasies take control of your brain. You talk about it like its some fairytale. You could literally “fall in love” with any woman, you just have to put in the work. As with any relationships. You and this caller hopefully learn a valuable lesson. You gotta stop with the fantasy coomer brain stuff. Seek Jesus.

Protein generally has a low insulin response by itself, however when taken together with carbohydrates it has a much higher insulin response than carbohydrates alone. This means for those who are insulin resistant (obese/overweight sugar addicts) Reeses will satiate the craving to a higher degree. It’s just addiction to toxic food

I think he's just an idiot. Last gf was a coworker that cheated on her boyfriend with him then cheated on him. Sounds like he's delusional with this girl that either just talks to him and he reads too much into it or flirts with him for fun at work and goes back to her man at the end of the day. Regardless, if someone cheats on their significant other they're fully capable of doing it with you. He's basically just repeating the same pattern.
