Great to see you back! This looks like a gentler part of the country where before things looked more rough. Is that because it's basically springtime for you guys and so you get all the new growth, or is this area more like this year round?

Thanks 🙏 It sure is easier on body and soul down here. It’s green year round, it just grows faster in the spring, summer and autumn. There’s about a 24 inch annual rainfall and the temperatures are quite mild.
