As someone who lives in small town New Zealand, if the gyms got a bench, a squat rack and good people, you’re winning

Reev is such a down to earth and nice guy, was good talking to you and I’m loving the recent content 🙌

First gym reminded me of mine back home 😢😂 Some videos where you work out with different people who are world class at what they do would be sick. Rock climbers, Plyometrics, footballers, Hydrox, triathletes, body builders (trying to eat the same amount of them).

2nd gym is absolutely INSANE

I used to use a hotel gym. One small room, dumbbells went up to 20kg. One bench press machine, one lat pull down machine that can convert into cable rows and some cardio machines 😂

The first gym has got to be similar to most people's first gym / local leisure centre gym.

Love the fitness content

The fancy gym is nice, but I’d be hard pressed to want to go up to the 25th floor just to workout. Some days the motivation is low and that would be enough to keep me from going lmao

@@reev i do live up norf and use pure gym, its a brand new one and suits my working hours for early morning workouts 👌🏼

If you are ever up north I would recommend trying one of the Ultraflex gym (especially north leeds which is probably the best or normanton which I go to)

2:14 bro is holding the handle at the furthest forward point but complaining that his hands are too far forward, hold the horizontal part and it'll be lined up

So iv been at sports direct for 10 years now as well as other gyms. Main reason iv stayed is the staff One of the trainers there is mint alot of knowledge he might be wasted there

I train regularly at Third Space tbf, Canary Wharf branch is probably the pick of the bunch, equinox is on par with Third Space imo, the view at BXR alone though might have it in first for me for what it lacks in machine equipment (but maybe that’s the novelty of such a cool view talking) I would honestly/realistically say (taking into account their best gym branches/locations) 1. 3rd 2. Equinox 3. BXR

As an actual gym, aesthetics and that aside. The second one really isnt anything special

@@reev And to answer your last question in the vid: Idk if you're down for that but I'd like to see you in gyms for different sports. Like Strongman, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics and so on. I'd just love to see how well you manage (since I believe you'd do pretty decent in whatever)

I’m paying 200 a year for a gym that’s absolutely huge, 5 machines per muscle ish, ladies only area, 24/7 access, why would anyone pay 175 a month I’d never understand 🤣🤣

Advice for a 42 year old never lifted weights but wants to get into it. Worked manual labour forever so you could say I'm practical strong not gym strong

I go to the sports direct gym and they allow nudist to use it on Sundays look it up 😂

all in all if you have a routine and have goals, the first gym is fine. its cheap, local for some, and has enough types of equipment to get a good full workout

Come and test my £15/month gym! Value wise it bangs - includes classes too (although no pool/sauna)

If a person needs a colorful paint job on the gym walls to get inspired, then they need to double their dose of discipline. Half the military gyms I've been in are 10x less "amazing", and we didn't have anyone in our squad benching less than 315lbs or unable to do a 12mile ruck with an 80lb combat load.
