As a good portuguese man he has a lot of ssardines and fish in general, which are not only great for the protein but also good for bone density and regeneration. If you break a bone sardines are some of the best foods you can eat to help the bone grow. So the conclusion I got out of this video is that this man basically sleeps and exercises all day hahaha

See this is the thing with social media. Pump and downlighting mixed with good genetics and being 10% BF or less makes you look 3x as big as you actually are. You can see this guy in a T-shirt pass you in the street and not even know he lifts I mean look at him when he has a t-shirt on looks like a runners physique. You can look so much bigger than in reality on film or pictures when you’re very lean with a pump.
