This Keichii is solid, as he quickly picked up on Rio's true personality from the initial interactions and how she used Yui as a stepping stone to bolster her own ego. He preferred Yui's more modest personality, and she had the cuteness to boot. Keichii was likely the only guy not to drool over Rio, which hurt her ego. Instead of just brushing it off and moving on, she chose to do a petty scheme to split Keiichi and Yui up, manipulate Keiichi to go out with her, and likely humiliate him later on in retaliation to stroke her ego. Rio projected her true personality onto Yui in her lie and tried to get Keiichi to believe that lie, but he wisely was skeptical about Rio's story from the beginning and wanted to talk to Yui first to confirm things. As a result, news of this will spread around and make Rio very unpopular. Respect for Keiichi in this story. We want more of these stories where he is firm, straightforward, and stands his ground.

Yui met have been a plain girl🖤, but she’s actually a diamond in the rough💎 and her x Keiichi would become a beautiful happy couple🖤💙💍 unlike Rio who tried to sabotage their relationship😡.

I'm glad Keichi rejected and exposed Rio, but I wouldn't have gone for Yui either. She'd rather believe a sketchy lie from someone who bullied her instead of believing or talking to Keichi. Neither of these women would be my pick.

I wouldn't choose Yui either. Regardless of any circumstance, I'd never be with someone that'll blindly believe petty words without communicating with me first.

She didn't doubt her FRIEND, which Ryo was her friend for longer, and she even said she aspired to be like Ryo. I wouldn't blame her for doubting Keiichi, but it's true it would've been better she hurtfully asked Keiichi directly than go cold turkey.

Technically, Keiichi is still kinda a simp, but it's because he's simping for the right girl, since he has brains to deduce which ones are worth simping and which ones should be avoided like a dumpster truck.

Me and yui would act like that if i felt the same im not always in big brained mode so im likely more like yui where as if the roles were rrveresed i may be like keiichi at times but like keiichi im not dumb i can see a good look in ppl but i can also see the bad in ppl and thats from observing not stalking i just watch and wait then pick otherwise id be like all the other dumb versions of keiichi when hes just head over hills for nagisa this nagisa that even when shes a total mess i like forgiveness but theres a fine line of being too much and letting ppl get away with injustice even in a relationship the only thing i see here is that no one was married so its not like they were commitied from the start but this version of keiichi is the smarter of the bunch he only got it right twice but can he keep this up maybe the writers will end his carreer or will keiichi finally have light in his poor introverted world
