    Thank you for sharing this..i have been trying to find a perfect way to make idiappam and everytime I failed..At one point I really fed up and literally stop making idiappam even though I love the dish..to my surprise after 2 nd half year am trying idiappam seeing your method..heartfelt thank you it makes soo sooo easy ..here after this will in my menu 🙂..

    Dear Chef Sivaraman, my heartiest thanks for this idiappam recipe as so long I have been trying to make idiappam. But today I tried it even I couldn’t believe myself. It came very soft. I have tried so many times in my life, today I did it. I do not say you thank you. I am going to say God Bless, your parents and your family.
