எச்சரிக்கை:- கோதுமை மாவு soft ஆக இருக்கிறது என்றால் அதில் gluten சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று அறிய வேண்டும் . Gluten எப்படி உடலுக்கு குறிப்பாக நீரிழிவு நோயாளிகளுக்கு கெடுதி செய்யும் என்பதை google செய்து பாருங்கள் . பின் குறிப்பு:- எப்போதாவது ஒரு முறை கடை கோதுமை மாவு பயன் படுத்துவதால் பெரிதாக தீங்கு விளைந்து விடாது என்பது ஒரு ஆறுதலான விஷயம் . (Seldom not regular)

Amma.... I am a beginner exploring cooking. I made ur wheat idiyappam and this kuruma... Idiyappam taste lam was nice but enaku seriya seiya practice venum otherwise it was good... But that kuruma... Just like u said arachi seiyura apo jammunu irukum😍 so true so true.... Kuruma was wonderful .
