Nice video for milk tea. Another method for less milk tea...simply follow tea shop master's steps...you will get nicely flavoured tea...Boil 150 ml water, switch off stove, add one spoon of tea dust, leave it for 1 minutes with closed lid..Warm up 20-25ml of milk separately...First pour milk in tumbler, add sugar to your taste, then pour well mixed tea water thro a sieve.. stir with spoon... fantastic tasty tea is ready....

What you describe is actually the recommended method of making tea from high quality leaf-tea. It ensures that undesired components are NOT extracted into the water by too much boiling. Usually works best for orthodox tea from the plantations. Unfortunately such tea is not commonly available nor affordable to most Indians. They are exported. The available commercial brands are mostly *dust- tea* which makes all sort of blending possible. Colour is also added to attract the drinker. This type of tea may not have flavour and therefore is usually boiled for a long time. The final damage is done by adding many spoons of sugar. Some people add various other spices to further mask the, already bad, cup🙄😄

Its based on milk. Milk will spoil the tea. As low quality as possible for the milk, tea tastes better.(best suitable is the worst so called packet milksince its just a white powder water. I.e. Butter is the key enemy )

Nice chef yesterday only I saw your channel and subscribed it.. I was addicted to tea but slowly cane out of it. Since it creates acidity in our stomach. But I tried as per your method & drank today morning after my breakfast. Good one. Thanks a lot..🤗🤗🤗🤗 Note: Always drink tea or coffee after 20-30mins of breakfast and not in empty stomach. Since it's like watering acid to plants...not to hurt anyone but this was the advice I got from a dietician I approached for my health issues. And I stopped drinking tea and coffee mostly 90% but only during travelling and to my mom's home.. (,she makes best)

Actually it's the milk in the tea that causes acidity. Reduce the amount of milk to minimum or skip it altogether, you will find that it doesn't hurt your stomach at all.

Which tea powder are you using. Any good recommendations

Tea depends on the tea powder/leaves and the water. Hard water makes bad tea. Use soft water for smoother taste. Each variety of tea powder/leaf requires diff boiling points and techniques. Leaves have a milder flavor when compared to powder. Indians usually drink only Assam Tea. For weight loss , some drink green tea. There are hundreds of thousands of tea varieties, many even cultivated in India, but many people cannot afford nor know about them. Rose Tea chocolate tea hibiscus tea lemon tea vanilla tea silver needle, white tea etc.
