I thought the best line was "I'm not a fucking idiot" after all the evidence to the contrary.

This whole series was a beautiful trainwreck of a disaster that you had to just sit down with popcorn and enjoy gleefully. James hitting a boiling point with the extension should be in a comedy hall of fame.

Season 7 was even better than series 6 which was pretty excellent also, and I don't think either series got properly topped up until Dara O'Brien and Sarah millican in the same series who both did amazingly well.

@@staceydanyluk It was really only a guess, but it seems to be in common lore if you read enough comments while watching the episodes. It seems like the type of thing Alex would do, as well. Just to clarify, not 100% confirmed, but come on.

said it before & will again: there's no such thing as "bad" Taskmaster, but series 7 is truly god-tier stuff

my TM ranking I arduously came up with a few months ago that is extremely tight and honestly can have changeable parts any new given day of the week (from least to most): 10, 8, 3, 15, 2, 1, 16, 6, 11, 12, 13, 5, 14, 9, 4, 7 (also came to the conclusion that series 6 is the most underrated of all)

James and Rhod are obviously two of the most iconic contestants of all time but I totally fell in love with Jessica. My OG Taskmaster crush.

One of the greatest series ever put to film. This lot played off one another so well. And Rhod had a blast prodding Greg throughout. I was cackling watching it back. Fantastic.

My fwend...might be favorite moment of the entire show.

I saw a list of best Taskmaster series and this was listed as third! What a joke, this series is by far the best, and probably the only one id happily sit though and watch again.

Watching James meltdown on this show never gets old. Brilliant!

I genuinely wouldn't mind a season bringing these four back again. Season 7-2. Taskmaster Veterans. They were so good

Best series and was full of people who are famous and comedians that's what made it funny and just genuinely the best show on uk TV

There’s a fruit called a satsuma _plum,_ which, as the name suggests, is a plum, but a satsuma is also another word for a tangerine, isn’t it?

The cynic in me suspects that they film that afterward and spliced it in to come before the event started. And I think the reason they all had to be blindfolded even after they took their turn was just in case they had to redo it for some reason.

The 'most exciting thing beginning with G' prize task is the most hilarious one from Alex. The special spot, the person or woman ....

Greg slags off the camper van so much, rightly, because it's not a good prize, whereas Phil and Rhod both did legitimately great entries and somehow Kerry got 5 points. Greg definitely played favorites this series, but definitely not to Rhod's benefit.

So after watching this, I just remembered how much I loved this group and I think even in 46 years, right before I die, I will think of Jessica falling off the stage. I can not believe this show exists, it is so good and I hope it will never stop existing. Maybe there is a way to freeze Greg and Axel or genetically reproduce them, so they can do this show as long as human kind will exist.

It's just a simple joke to say what is obviously the wrong nationality since Rhod is famously Welsh. I don't recall anyone calling him Scottish but in a different series Iain Stirling called Sian Gibson a 'Northern Santa' despite the fact Iain is Scottish and Sian is Welsh.
