I hate my voice

It's not unusual to hate the sound of your own voice. Many people don't even recognise the sound of their own voice played back to them for the first time because it sounds so different to what they hear from inside their own head. This is because the way you hear your own voice is deeper and faster than it sounds to other people. When you hear your voice played back to you it sounds unfamiliar, which is why to hear yourself as others hear you is a strange experience for many.
On a deeper level, it means something much more significant to hate the sound of your voice. For some people it is a way that their issues of self-worth become apparent. People who are not happy with themselves do not like the way their voices sound to others. The issues they have about not being comfortable in themselves are manifest in how they feel about the way they sound. The other group of people who don't like the way their voices sound are the ones who just aren't bothered to do anything about it because they don't want the best for themselves. These people settle for second best in everything. Even if they are able to objectively observe in themselves that their voice sounds boring, it isn't something that motivates them to change. They simply accept that they have a boring voice and that this is what they knowingly inflict on others in their social interaction.
Changing the way you feel about your voice makes your life better and improves the way that other people respond to you. To change your attitude regarding you voice, start thinking of your voice as a musical instrument. Since you play your instrument every day, why not make it an enjoyable performance to listen to? With regular practice you can get to a point where you can even delight an audience by using your voice.

What if there’s something actually wrong with it. When I speak I sound like I have my nose pinched, I have a hard time breathing, I feel like there’s a fly in my ear bc it’s so high, and it’s hard to say stuff bc I feel like my throat is clogged. All that is making me tumble over my words so often and is also gives me anxiety. I was just listening to recordings of myself when I was little and you can tell it was weird, it’s the same now but a tiny bit deeper. I don’t wanna make other people “suffer” when they hear me coming, but it’s like... idk what to do anymore.

There's one slight imperfection in the way you speak - in the words like "change" or "share", the "ch" and "sh" sound very weak, slipping into German "ch". And very interesting to compare, that in your most recent videos, it became more prominent, it's just an accent thing, so it's nothing to worry about, as you say in this video.

That metaphor with a voice as a musical instrument is great! For my experience: At some point of my life, I really started to think that my voice was boring, I speak very slowly and I can see that sometimes people around me have to concentrate hard when I speak. So I decided to work on my speech, even though it doesn't really affects my self-confidence because I'm good at others things :)

This one is so true....I know how bland i sound when I here myself, but I also know I can sound good if I make the effort. But the problem I have is as I keep talking and as the conversation goes longer and longer..the original shabby - behaviour starts to come back... so the good thing is limited, same goes for my accent, is there a suggestion for this ? like when I am in my comfort zone that shabby voice starts to come out not when I am alert, but then I want to have that sharpness in my voice even when I wake up in the morning or tired after a day's work. Never can find its voice in the recording ? Wincing displeasure puzzled puzzling : "I have it? " Scientists believe that you really do like it, but ... subconsciously . Do not like to hear my voice on the video ? Scientists say that you're lying ! A group of researchers from the College of Albright (Reading, Pennsylvania, USA ) came to the conclusion that in fact people subconsciously believe their voice in the recording of more attractive when compared with the assessment of others. The authors believe that this kind of internal samopodbadrivanie . " In general , people tend to have an exaggerated opinion about themselves" - says Susan Hughes , associate professor of psychology. " Often, people are putting their money on a higher level than they are in objective reality. It's not bragging , but the mechanism of psychological adaptation : thus our brain support self- sustainability and creates barriers to depression . " The study involved eighty men and women. They assessed the attractiveness of other people's voices in the recording on a ten point scale. Participants were not informed that among the presented voice samples available and their own! The results of the experiment have been extremely curious : the majority of participants did not recognize himself in the record, but their assessment of his own voice as a whole is higher than the valuation of other participants. In all of this , they themselves claimed that they really do not like your voice " in the film !
