@@ToBeardAndBeyond I don't think that minoxidil works the way you explained it. It's not a growth serum that will grow hair everywhere because it gets absorbed by the blood stream. It works by increasing blood flow to the application site, thus providing more nutrients to the dormant hair follicles. Whatever you apply to the skin is absorbed by the blood but in this case , since it's not a growth " Supplement " like biotin, your body just has to deal with expelling chemicals from the body the way it naturally does.

It hugely depends on our genes, Even can't be started growing for using a month, It Started from 2 month Apparently, But some are needs to wait for 3/4/5 Month. Im proud you've had been so far waiting for having a beard. 🤙👏

Wow, you're so young, congratulations! I'm almost 35 and I don't have sideburns, and patchy beard and moustache. Having been considering doing it after watching your videos, don't know if I can actually grow beard because I'm East Asian.

This is one of the best minox videos on YT I've seen so far. I did not try Minoxidil yet, but I've been considering it in the past few days, and after watching your video, it gave me so much inspiration, I'll definitely give Minox a try. I'm 22, and I'm in the same situation: I can grow a mexistache and a very poor goatee. I hope Minoxidil will help me.

Hey. Nice video. When you apply minoxidil foam, how long do you wait until you apply moisturiser? I know most recommend 4 hours but is that just with the liquid form? Surely you dont need to wait 4 hours when the foam dries in minutes.

Great video, my minoxidil just came in the mailbox today. I've been able to grow a beard since 13-14, just some patchy areas and I'm hoping this will help with that. I'll give everyone an update in the next few weeks, month or so

If you are only 3 weeks in be ready to wait for a while. It can differ for some People but the average time it takes for someone to start seeing a vast improvement is around 3-6 months. It took me around 2.5 months before I saw any major differences and now I’m about 9 months in and my beard is full af. Trust the method but have patience.

what areas on your face did you apply it? just the "desired" areas as you saw fit? what about the neck part? did you really wanted it to go all the way down or did it just happen by chance?

I'm mid 30s and only some moustache and a little patchy cheek hair and never could grow chin hair or sideburn, it was disheartening. I just started with minoxidil, don't know if it works in me, an Asian, relatively hairless, but I hope it works.

When did you start to see hair on your cheeks? I feel I’m starting out at a similar stage of hair. Can grow somewhat of a mustache,chin hair,lol on neck below chin but not really any sideburns ,strap or cheek. I’ve been doing minoxidil for 1 week,2 days so far. Hi Ryan, thanks for you channel, you've got my subscription ;) I've got a question you may have an answers to. I started using Minoxidil on my beard once a day in the morning, and on my scalp once a day in the evening and I've just completed 3 weeks. I started using the foam because I read it's faster to apply and has less side effects like greasy hair, dry skin etc. So, it's 1/2 a capful two times a day but different parts. Is it worth, from your point of view, to apply Minoxidil two times a day on my beard, and once a day on my scalp? So, it will be not 2, but 2.5ml of Minoxidil per day. I mean I'd like to grow my beard more than the hair my scalp because, you know, beard hair will stay, but who knows how my scalp hair will do - it may eventually fall out and Minoxidil can't prevent it. So, I want to use it twice a day on my beard + once a day on my scalp. I know that it may cause more side effects so I can see if it's going to take place in my case. However, I've read that applying more than 2ml of Minoxidil is useless because of saturation of it in the skin. Is it the case when you apply it to different parts of the skin? Or it does not matter since it's systemic? Thanks in advance!

I would argue that you wouldn't of even gotten it at 30...I'm 39 and starting my journey. I've considered a transplant at this point but I'm going to try Minox first... my facial hair looked like yours on day one of this video about 3 months ago. our test levels are HALF of our grandparents and that's due to a ton of different factors. what has really helped me is a combination of Minox and test boosters, healthier eating habits, and exercising more frequently. anyways, great video and thank you for sharing your journey. it gives me hope

If it helps , as a 21 year old . I already have an impressive beard but still always wanted the full thick face look. I used it once a day for ONE MONTH. Sh*t you not, my beard completely filled in with hair. They were not terminal. But I wish I kept using it so they become terminal. And again. My face blew up in only a month.

Do you dermaroll as well? It is recommended to wait 24 hours after dermarolling to apply minoxidil again. Does that mean you will have to skip an application of minoxidil? I don't know if that's worth it.

That’s your skin flaking not bleaching. Minoxidil is alcohol based so it dries out your skin. Just apply lotion or Jamaican black castor oil after you wash off the minoxidil and you should be fine.

Putting on twice a day isn’t gonna make a difference. I’ve done both. I moisturize every night when I put the minoxidil on and have no issues with dry skin. When I don’t do the moisturizer it’s really bad

In 3 weeks i get decent amount of hair on my face almost like a full beard just with baby hairs and 2 patches in side not connecting it full. I have hairs like little more than 1 " long on my face in this stage.. And I'm 23, should i start minoxidel or just wait for more weeks or cut it all out..

I've been on minoxidil for a month and i have a lot of new very thin hairs I think in 2-4 more months tops they will be terminal and i can stop I take iron, zinc,vitamin D, Vitamin C, Biotin, and Callogen peptides So far so good if i remember i will let you guys know where im at one month from now

Today is my 8 WEEK MARK. I have made PROGRESS!! This whole time I've NEVER had cheek hair... EVER. The whole time I've been applying Minoxidil I only shaved my side burns and my chin/neck because those are terminal (always have been) and I never shaved my cheeks. Today... I shaved my cheeks. 8 weeks of cheek hair growth is gone and I think I regret it? It wasn't visible from a far distance but I think it's starting to Get darker and I was feeling like it was too long to get into my skin (even tho the hair was vellus and very light but they were arm hair length long). I hope it grows back lmaoo. If it doesn't I might cry tbh... Progress from the first week to now is crazy though!! I REALLLLY hope my cheek hair grows back tho.. it was just lookin kinda silly

It did get terminal hair but my left cheek has more hair than my right cheek so I shave anyway lol. When I was using it it wasn’t bad but didn’t look decent. All together I’ve been off it for years, still have 80% of what I had while I was on it

Use of Non Alcohol minoxidil will give very less side effect, but the process also gets slow, its the choice you want fast result with side effects or less side effects and slow result

I stopped using minoxidil for a year after using it for 6 months, all my gains stayed. You probably need to do a regimen for at least 3 months to get a significant amount of terminal hairs.

Am at week 9 and I have a little gains I hope to see a full beard by weak 14 or 16 wish me luck

It will only fall out if the hairs that grew didn't change from vellus, to terminal, if you use it for 1 to 2 years, as long as the hairs have turned into terminal hairs, they will be permanent and keep coming back just like the other hairs, but if you use for say 1 month or 6 months, it will fall out, you gotta use this product every day for 1 to 2 years to get those hairs terminal, after that your good, but it's honestly not worth it
