Adam Block doesn't get nearly enough exposure for his expertise compared to the other more popular astrophotography youtubers. Thanks for dragging him out front and center for your viewers, he's a great next level resource for amateur astronomers.

That style, of that betelgeuse photo is by far my most favorite of all the different types of astrophotos out there. I think those beautiful star fields just blow the nebula and galaxy photos out of the water.

This was a really great interview, Nico. I’ve thought a lot about how I might tell a story about a nebula or galaxy, vs just documenting it. I’m so new in AP…I’m in the learning stage, so I think I’m consigned to merely “documenting” my targets. But I have in my mind, strongly, this idea of “story”. So this interview really held my interest. I wish I could have heard that presentation and been there. Thanks for this great interview and introducing Adam Block.

The question about perspective with the moon and Andromeda galaxy is great. When I was beginning astrophotography it was so hard to wrap my head around what these objects looked like to my eyes frame of reference. I think pictures like that which show size perspective are invaluable for beginners especially w/o GOTO mounts!
