When kids enter your world it’s very easy to put yourself on the back burner, but it’s not a sustainable solution. Am 62 the secret to of life has always been not to afraid to be vulnerable and when your not afraid it can open a whole new world for you because there’s no fear of the unknown because you’ve already put your vulnerability up front and out there and not caring what people think of you and having no fear are tremendous human qualities/ gifts 🎁 indeed!!

As a 23 year old man who just got married a little over 2 months ago to my high school sweetheart, this video was definitely a wake up call. As someone who hasn’t really lifted consistently since high school, this was a much needed experience and motivation to take my physical health a bit more seriously. @@mogwai_ You've got this! A year ago I was smoking a pack every 2 days, drinking everyday, No exercise besides work, my dog died, I split up my girlfriend and that was my turning point. It never feels like the right time but I know you can do it! I no longer smoke, drink less, workout 4 days a week and although I still struggle, at least I'm holding myself accountable and practicing self discipline. Just think, If you're not happy with things now anyway, it's still much better to be unhappy and making an effort to push forward instead of stagnant. Best of luck!

You were in MY head yesterday during leg day, all the way out here in Southern Saskatchewan! 66 year old granny here, who started going to a gym one year ago so I wouldn't be that old lady who couldn't get off the throne by myself!! When I started, I could only do the machines without weights - frozen shoulders, 8 surgeries on my left knee (including full replacement 10 years ago) all that fun stuff. I spent 10 years saying 'I can't... when one day my son said 'Are you sure about that?" By last fall, I was pushing 205# on the leg press - until my massage therapist pointed out that my left leg was only along for the ride, my right was doing most of the work. The challenge then became single leg workouts on all the machines, only doing with the right what the left could do. I made my son watch the advice portion from the leg press section of this video - and he was right there when I was struggling with my third set... repeating your words to me!! I told him you were already in my head. I finished... wobbled out to the car, and feel almost perfectly fine today. Binge watching your videos, you are a goofy/fun entertainer, but you are also one heck of a hard worker! Your words at the end showed a wonderful side of you... Katie is a lucky girl! Oh, and your mom is super adorable!
