Walking is my favorite "cardio". If you're injury is lower back like mine was, one doctor said that long strides when walking was best to stretch the legs and back. Good luck!

Walking is truly the king of cardio, almost anyone can do it, it's super low impact; on your joints as it on your muscles, which means it won't affect recovery for upcoming workouts. So really, you can do as much as you desire!

I've subbed because your donut recipe rocked. I've been craving donuts my entire weight loss journey and your recipe was the only one out of five anabolic "donut" recipes that ended up being an actual donut texture. I don't know why I had faith in the combinations of protein powder greek yoghurt, artificial syrups and baking powder that are widespread when searching "anabolic donut". It was way more than 75% good enough - 9/10. Hope you keep making more vids.

Wishing you a speedy and full recovery Mina! I have found dead lifting and barbell squats are so tough on my back, I used to do trap bar deadlifts with 500+ pounds but always had back issues. No friendly for my life or allowing me to play golf etc, now I focus on rows for my back and kettlebell squats for my legs and some isolation glute work etc. I think these exercises are equally if not more effective but also way way safer and less stressful on the body. Just my two cents

Best of luck on your cut! I actually need to start cutting too ... I'm up 8 to 10 lbs from what I was able to lose when we shut down the restaurant. Now I've been eating like shit because work has been stressful AF and I need to turn it around before it gets worse.

1:38 "As you can tell" no mina nobody can tell. It's kinda interesting how different we are ourselves compared to how others see us. Your bulk progress photos were dramatic and amazing. Right now u don't look noticeably less fit at all. It takes a lot more to lose progress than you think.

I feel you brother. I had shoulder surgery in November. Be at least another 2-3 months before I can lift. And the jarring on the shoulder from cardio prevents that. In 5 months, I've put on about 18-20 lbs. And it's all fat
