He pays them as much as the contract says. Fighters dont get payed for the skill they have but for the fans they bring. Thats how ufc earns money. Also, unlike many other events where facility and training centre and staff arent upto mark, ufc spend money over there as well. Its the best organization in MMA. Spent over 4 hours just amazed at the new technology back then. A few years later and I was blown away again having the Arcade games on a home console. Sega CD I believe it was. back in 2007 when it wasn't too crazy like today...during a weigh in a sat right beside Chris Leben (he was fighting the next day) ...got yelled at by Matt Serra (to get a photo taken with him (because I asked him just before the weigh-ins started) and he yelled after to get me my photo...then went out for beers with him:) Maybe 40 people in the whole weigh-ins. What you got ...it was free back then...Met Matt again in 2010 at the 1st UFC expo and he remembered me. Dana has also been a great guy and happy that the sport is so big now...well deserved:)
