Two things were bothering me about this capelet. One, how to finish the bottom of it, and two, the neck was too big! Come with me for the first part of the Halloween Capelet Re-Knit!
I'm frogging the capelet into this massive yarn ball, and reknitting it similar to how you would knit the yoke of a sweater. Instead of the 60ish stitches for the neck, I ended up with 34, which is a bit snug, but it will work. I recommend 38-40 if you try this. I'm also using the same US 15 needles that I used before.
