You sir are a Legend. I was the funeral director who brought Freddie starr home and conducted his service. I've visited Freddie starrs resting place about 20 times from the day we took him back to his beloved mother. Thankyou Paul for the way you have gone about this I know Freddies sister and family will be happy x

Absolute legend. The funniest comedian to ever come from our shores. I saw him in Scarborough in 1977 when he was at the height of his powers. The whole of the audience were in tears of laughter for the whole of his act. R I P. Freddy Star.

Your persistent and knowledge of researching really payed off and no dout in the future you may find it necessary not to divulge the whereabouts of an individuals grave and respect your decision not to give the location. .

What happened to Freddie saddened me so much. He gave so much joy and laughter to so many and ended up as a sad wreck of a man 💔

I met Freddy while working at heathrow airport. He was lovely! He stood at the supervisors desk chatting for almost an hour Instead of going to the lounge. Bless his heart.

So comforting to know he is back with his parents I’d heard he had no headstone which broke my heart it obviously was his name not added. I saw him a few years before he moved to Spain he was a broken man what should have been a comedy show ended up him sitting telling us his awful few years he’d had we gave him a standing ovation in a small theatre ri p Freddie thank you for the laughs

I know too where freddie is buried, but would never disclose the location, out of respect for his family. Beautiful final resting place, with his parents. Xxx

Freddie gave such great entertainment and was one of the best of the best that this country has ever had. I remember passing fields around the back of his house when I was younger on a moped, to which I shall always remember well.

I , my family have been Massive Freddie fans since way back in the 70's & 80's , to me I feel he was the UK's GREATEST variety entertainer Ever , the man was pure class! This video demonstrates alot of love & passion for the Legend of Freddie & shows alot of class by the guy who done it, Paul, by not letting out the Full info ..... Thanks for showing us the grave! A delicate subject I know , we're all entitled to an opinion , Sad with a Capital S that Freddie's name isn't on it ! Sad & Baffling .................... He deserved a Billion times better , his ending !!!!! As a fan , MUCH respect for the people who organised his final service & handled it all ! I was in Great Yarmouth Norfolk this evening & saw an old poster of a past Freddie Starr tour at an old theatre there , Freddie Starr was Loved more than he knew by fans & fellow peers in the business , a gap Never filled , sad he's not with us still ..... Much respect for Freddie. May he rest in peace with his parents.

The evidence Freddie is buried here is rather sketchy I think. I would also make the assumption that Freddie would have simply loved his fans to visit his final resting place to pay their respects. But I do admire your tenacity at attempting to find the truth. Thanks for that.

Although the Crown Prosecution Service said that there was not enough evidence to charge Freddie Star he decided to sue the alleged victim and a judge ruled in her favour and this ruling killed Freddie. A large amount of his friends and colleagues turned their backs on him and a lot of his fans did the same thing. Now I have no idea if any of the allegations against him were true or not but the CPS said not enough evidence and that is good enough for me. This man lost his money his home his work his health and his dignity I am so glad you kept his burial details to yourself giving him a small amount of dignity that he didn't get in his life.
