The idea is that you FORGIVE your brother (as he deceived you and you got FOOLED by him for example) but you DON'T FORGET and you learn, so you don't get FOOLED by your brother AGAIN. Get it? Sheikh didn't cover this context in this clip. Allahu aalam.

That's not meant by I won't forget. I won't forget indicates that there's still something about it in the heart. That you don't forget the dispute as such isn't something that has to be told. It may also hurt feelings, since the other person repented and telling her you may still do it again isn't very nice at all

Agree, but don’t say to him: “I will not forget.” Indeed, don’t forget and be aware and don’t be fooled again, but don’t mention it to him that you will not forget.

That’s a separate issue. If you were deceived out of money for an example, the reconciliation isn’t complete until he repays the money, then forgiveness is incumbent on you for sure, but that’s another topic that’s more complicated and referring to the rights of the people. In this case, he’s simply just pointing out that once reconciliation has been reached, there’s an etiquette to it that seals it and makes it truthful.

Disagree. If someone asks you to forgive them, you forgive them for Allah's sake, just as you would want someone to forgive you if you were being foolish. Imagine if your wife/husband says to you, I forgive you but I wont ever forget- how does that affect the marriage? How does that make anything better? Same goes within the ranks of the salafis, in order to reach a level of love and brotherhood for the sake of Allah, you gotta out aside your feelings when it comes to this. The soul yearns for revenge and payback, but going above that when someone asks for forgiveness is what makes good character

Assalamu alaykum akhi the show you have a character as a pfp for is a show littered with sihr and kufr. Remove the pfp so you dont promote that show for the sake of Allah. Also i recommend you look through Moosa richardsson audios concerning harry potter, as it contains information on fiction containing sihr and its prohibition and its danger to the muslims islam and aqeedah
