So happy to see that you lost the weight and I’m all for health and feeling amazing! 💕 Please don’t get me wrong I just find everyone these days busy losing a lot of weight it’s like a trend now, last year was all about body positivity (not supporting unhealthy overweight or underweight) but you know what I mean.     Hi Hazel, trying to do a similar thing and reduce UPF intake! Just to let you know the packet rice contains oil and emulsifier (soya lecithin) so maybe one you'd perhaps want to avoid. I know some people are funny about reheating cooked rice but I personally have no issues so maybe one to explore for convenience. Keep up the hard work (its a minefield soemtimes!!!) And hope to see more content like this! X

    Absolutely no hate! Well done on your weight loss and great dedication! Just fyi for most people this won't be realistic at all eating raw veg for lunch and no breakfast is not 'realistic'. As I say no hate but I don't want people to think that this is what needs to be done to lose weight💗

    Of course not! 🫶🏼 it was more of a detox post christmas to re set my body, i do mention it isnt sustainable as after a day or 2 i then had bigger lunches 🥰 my body really needed a cleanse and i think if you want a quick difference to give you that initial boost then this worked for me personally xx

    Great upload. I am currently on a better eating plan myself! Need to shift 10lbs, the xmas weight gain was real 😂😂 I tend to eat and drink a lot of plant based foods, lots of veg and low carb/high fiber. Meal prep helps me to stay on the right track. Well done to you on your first week 👏 x

    Hi Hun they have wild salmon frozen in Iceland and Asda and I get organic veg and fruit from Asda and Marks .It's a shame that we can never know if our food has not been sprayed of shit,but we just have to trust what they say .Your doing great xx

    Intermittent fasting is amazing. I do it and it has helped me with my bloating and taking/drinking a Probiotic is also good for stomach health. I struggle with my Water intake too, I don't know why drinking Water is so hard😐. You know you can actually substitute Mayonnaise with Plain Yoghurt. Great job with loosing 7lbs in 7days.     Well done for loosing 7lb in 7 days you done well. You could also eat fish for protein at lunch or dinner then have fresh fruit for pudding. Keep it up and don’t fall.

    7 pounds in 1 week. I aim for 1 pound a week so it is sustainable I eat in a calorie deficit :). We are all different we have to find what works for us!

    1-2 pounds is the norm and sustainable. But post Xmas, people have a bigger loss due to so much water weight. It’s bloating. After that, it will be a much smaller weekly loss. Same for anyone xx

    So mixing up the lunch having left overs or having peppers etc the next day kept it okay as it wasnt the same every day in a row. The hunger stage passed around day 5 i wanna say and i just kept busy and also drank more water when i felt like that! I also didnt over do exercise this week as i knew i would need all the energy i could get xx

    Hey! This was just a week detox i did sorry i dont think i made it clear enough!! So this week im back to working out - starting with fasted cardio in the morning so before ive eaten - just doing 20 uphill on treadmill. Then my lunch and dinner is high protein, lots of veg and some carb - but sticking to not having processed food. When i go back to the gym next week i will go after eating! As you need energy for sure zxx

    Hi most of the super markets have an organic range bit more expensive though.i never eat lunch and never eat after 6 at night.i hate cooking so im a bit lazy lol.get some me extra vitamins to get your correct intake. Xx the meal with olives looked yuk sorry

    I am now :) this was just a week detox. Im still just having lunch/dinner and a fruit snack, Il do a video on what i eat over the next few weeks 🫶🏼 steps are probably around 7,000 a day x

    Well done you, give yourself a pat on the back. On a side note, I don't know how true this is but I heard that you don't break the fast if you have fewer than 50 cals in the morning. So tea/coffee with semi-skimmed milk shouldn't break fast. x

    If you have 1 tbs of cream in your coffee it doesn’t break the fast. Dr berg and Dr Mindy pelz are great for fasting information, Dr mindy is great for woman and especially who are going through perimenopause/menopause (obviously not you and I’m showing my age here😂) great video x

    im not trying to eat this little as a lifestyle, im detoxing post christmas when i ate tons of junk as my body needed it. i want to eat healthy natural foods and focus on nutrition, not calories or points - its not just about weight its about how i feel and energy as mentioned in the video x

    @@hazelwoodx yeah I get its about how you feel etc its important. Makes sense, I thought if your doing this as a lifestyle you'll be super malnourished but makes sense. I recon if you looked into it, you'd probably do well at a plant based diet.

    @@stillolivia2230 of course yes🤎 just a quick week detox (maybe i should have made that clearer)- like this week im back to normal meals (still not eating til 12 and last meal around 6-7pm) but having meals for both of them and feeling good for it. Yes i defo should look into that more! I do like my fish & meat though so i think i would struggle abit! But could include elements of it for sure xx

    Salmon is great!! Its a higher fat fish but its super healthy and 1 piece is like 250 cals which is nothing xx

    @@cindypeetermans5165 oh sorry i read it wrong. Most fish i imagine is really good - i also eat Tuna, Bass if i want to treat myself as its expensive, Basa is good too (you can buy it frozen then i cook it in the oven with roasted veg).. Cod etc x

    This Organic and Free Range is a whioe differebt world. As you said need a lot of resesrch as what they call narural is not completely true..

    Hey Do you think you could be lactose intolerant I am and worked it out myself last year when i was dieting Takes u a while to find out But yeah maybe worth tryimg differnt things snd making a list of which food causes u discomfort Xxxx

    Last night i tried a galaxy hot choc and OMG the pain - not joking when i was debating if i needed to call 111 or something! I was in agony for about half hour. Shooting and stabbing pains. Im shocked as i used to eat alot of dairy?! Although when i was younger i was lactose intollerant but i just thought it gave me eczema which is now under better control. A list is a great idea🤎xx

    If you really want to be mindful of what your putting in your body and all your doing you really want to try a plant based diet. I've been doing it for 7 years pact full of nutrients protein fruit veg all the meals you like but without the animal. You get the vitamins you need from the foods which is where the animal gets it from.. there thenmiddle man. Cut the middle man out x

    Thanks for this!! I think one step at a time for now but i will definitely look into more. This lunch time i had chickpeas instead of meat for example. So open to having some plant based meals! Xx

    It was a week detox to cleanse my body, followed by now eating more whole foods and sustaining the weight loss and gradually loosing more at a much slower rate

    Did you actually watch the video all the way through? I am detoxing post xmas and then trying to cut out processed foods, excess sugar and eat alot of veg, healthy fats & more of a Meddieranian diet. I dont personally view this as negative - just encouragement to those who need to heal their gut and detox to kick start weight loss / health. I feel SO much more awake and alert after doing this after months of brain fog and struggling to get up. Hope this clears up any concern you may have 🤎
