Hello friends! Welcome to my kitchen. Friends, today I will show you a very tasty and interesting recipe for pork neck. This pork recipe surprised all my guests. I don't fry meat anymore! Delicious dinner for the whole family. I have never eaten such a delicious dinner. This is one of the ways to prepare pork neck. I don't fry meat anymore! 🔥I learned this unique trick from my Spanish grandmother. Delicious. It's simple, but the result is incredibly delicious. A simple recipe that anyone can make. Preparation and ingredients:
1 kg pork (pork neck).
Cut the pork neck into several even pieces.

Coarse salt.
Black pepper.
Flip the pieces over and do the same.
Leave the pieces of meat for 10 minutes so that they are saturated with spices.
Cut 2 small eggplants into rings.
Transfer the eggplants to a bowl.
1 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
1 teaspoon dried garlic.
Mix well.
Cut 2 onions into rings.
2 tomatoes.
Place the eggplant, meat, onion and tomatoes on 2 skewers.
And add each ingredient in that order.

Lay out the foil and wet parchment paper.
We spread the meat and vegetables and cover them very well and tightly with parchment and foil.
Place the meat on a baking sheet.
Place in the oven at 200°C / 392°F for 60 minutes.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon ketchup.
1 teaspoon Bavarian mustard.
2 teaspoons honey.
Mix well.
Remove meat from oven and uncover.
Spread with prepared sauce.
Send it back to the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Our meat with vegetables is ready to serve.
Cut 1 cucumber into half rings.
Chop 1 red pepper.
You can put each lettuce leaf on a plate.
Place a lettuce leaf on a plate (I used iceberg lettuce).
Add red pepper.
Cucumber.
Brynza cheese (or salad cheese of your choice).
Drizzle with balsamic cream.
Cut the meat on the skewer into 2 parts.
Place the meat on a plate.
