Recipe and ingredients:
Pork (pork neck) 1 kg.
I cut the meat into slices (about 4 cm thick).
1.5 teaspoons salt.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon dried garlic.
1 teaspoon meat seasoning (your favorite seasoning)
Smoked paprika.
I sprinkle the meat with spices.
Rub the spices into the meat.
I turn the meat over to the other side.
Sprinkle spices on the other side.
Marinate the meat for 5-7 minutes.
Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Butter 30 gr.
Place the meat on the pan.
Turn the meat over.
Add the garlic to the pan.
Add a sprig of rasmarine and a sprig of thyme.
I fry the meat until golden brown.
I turn the meat over to the other side.
Fry the other side.
I add 150-200 ml of carbonated mineral water to the meat.
Cover and let stand for 5-7 minutes.
3 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon honey.
1 teaspoon French mustard.
I mix well.
I take off the lid.
Remove garlic.
Turn meat.
I pour the sauce over the meat.
I take off the lid and turn the meat over.
I pour the sauce over the meat.
Cover with a lid and fry for 7-8 minutes.
I take off the lid.
I turn the meat over and fry it over low heat for another 7-8 minutes.
Red cabbage.
Chop the cabbage finely.
2 tablespoons lemon juice.
1 tablespoon brown sugar.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 teaspoons French mustard.
Mix well.
Onionsalad.
Cut into thin rings.
Tomatoes.
1 pepper.
Parsley.
Salad (mixture).
Olive oil.
I mix everything well.

    I live in Charlottesville Va. and love your recipes. Simple to follow but so flavorful! Please include frying temperature (high, medium, low) as I often am not sure what temperature to use.
