I don't buy bread anymore! New perfect recipe for crusty bread. Just bake!
Crusty bread.
RECIPE for crusty bread without kneading.
350 ml warm water.
6g sugar.
8 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Cover the yeast mixture with a kitchen towel.
Leave the yeast mixture in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Sift 480g bread flour.
8g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix everything together with a spatula.
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel.
Spray a kitchen towel with water.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough turned out well.
Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Sprinkle the table with coarse whole wheat flour.
You can use rye flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Fold the dough like I did.
Divide the dough into 6 parts.
Sprinkle the table with whole wheat flour.
Fold each piece of dough.
Repeat after me.
Place the rolls, torn side up, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel.
Dampen the towel with water.
Leave the buns in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Dust the rolls with whole wheat flour.
Sprinkle the buns with water.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes.
The buns are ready!

Wieso knetest du nicht den Teig mit Händen oder mit dem Mixer ? Ist das nicht besser verrührt ?

Ich mag es, Teig mit meinen Händen zu bearbeiten - für mich ist es Kunst und Vergnügen! Sie können versuchen, den Teig in einer Maschine zu kneten. Vielen Dank!

@@schnellleckerschon nein mit Maschine mach ich es auch nicht - einfach mit dem Hand Mixer oder den Teig etwas flüssiger machen dann reicht es mit dem Löffel So Backe ich immer mein Brot
