Love the content, have you considered a single preprinted decal for the whole front with cut outs for the coin slot/display/spinner like the note unit beside it? In a world where every car wash uses little misaligned stickers/permanent marker labels, a full front decal/sticker would scream professional and would instantly inspire me with complete confidence in the product.

A 50% increase in base cost with a 25% increase in wash time. Not a bad way to increase costs for your customers, nice to soften the blow and maintain loyalty.

In Woodland Park Colorado, the same owner owns ALL the coin operated car washes. He charges $5.00 for five minutes! 😮 Basically, it’s a 20 plus minute drive to get to a car wash in the big city. So he can change whatever he wants.

In Denver we are 10 seconds per quarter$1.50 a minute... That's our most expensive are other places are set at 14 seconds per quarter kind of high in the Mile high..

You're a wonderful operator! Keeping the site clean and kept means customers understand when you are forced to raise prices with everything else. I'm a big fan of Everwash, and similar services, have you considered monthlies? I would love to see how you would run and IBA and ultimately an express tunnel. Good operators like yourself are not as common as you might think. Keep up the great work.

Where did you get your stickers from?

If you want a nicer smoother finish when refinshing the metal just use a smaller die grinder like the m12 battery one and 2/3in rolac disks and that does solid job. Or you can stick to your current way.

Would of looked way better with a full faceplate sticker. Those small stickers make it look cheap and unreliable.

May be worth spraying a few coats of clear over the stickers to prevent them fading.

I know you said you have people looking for car washes I'm not the owner but there is a closed car wash at McClintock and apache it closed not to long ago

I love your channel but Jesus dude, using an angle grinder on that face plate !!!!! Believe me it does not look smart it looks a total mess. Some degreaser first then a small polishing mop that mounts on a drill with some stainless steel polish would have made that look first-class.

Hello from England. Just about everything is more expensive in the states, most things substantially so. But car washes... So cheap it a bargain!

Seems like you might be missing out on higher sales by not having a $8 option on the card reader. Rather than just removing the $2 option, replace it with an option to spend more.

Using the wrong machine to buff up. Made it look worse.

So u were at 2 dollars for 4 minutes, that is about 1.2 seconds per cent. Now u r 3 dollars for 5 minutes, that is about 1 second per cent. What if u just lowered the time and kept the price the same? So rather then getting 2 dollars for 4 minutes, u gave them 2 dollars and 3 minutes and 20 seconds? What are cons of that?

That looks like garbage! Next time scrap with plastic razor blades and wipe with acetone. If you need to remove a scratch or two lightly wet sand with 2000 grit wet dry paper in direction of the grain. Flitz makes a good stainless polish after you reapply stickers. You don’t want to flitz before because it has fingerprint repellent that will also keep stickers from adhering to the surface as well if you flitz first.
