Weighted vest training tested - 30 day transformation
I wanted to take on this challenge to see if using a weighted vest every day for 30 days could increase my pullup strength. I wanted to take on this 30 day weighted vest pullup challenge to see how it would transform my strength. I've always enjoyed calisthenics and calisthenics training, but I wanted to see if using calisthenics workouts, if i could get stronger using weighted vest training. Hope you like the video!
Have a great week guys! Cheers.

Ideally, I would want to see the comparison afterwards without the weighted vest. It would show how much he improved on an even playing field. Imagine he did 2x more because of the 25lb BW increase.

At least 12-15. 25 lbs extra is a lot. He has the strength. Getting to 12-15 should be easy. He almost did 6 the first day with 25 lbs. So without he could probably do 9-10.

Hey Brendon, how you can go forward with your training depends on what your goals are. You were doing well in the strength training department but you were looking to build endurance more to beat Cam. For next time you want to be slowly increasing the amount of reps you can do on each variation of a pullup (overhand, underhand and neutral grip) as well as ring pullups and body weight rows. If you’re aiming for endurance with the vest, train for endurance. Keep up the good work guys.
