You got 2 different type of muscles. The one you see at the opponent are the so called “slow” muscles you get from lifting, etc. They’re big, but relatively slow. Then you got the muscles from IdaT. Just by looking at their muscles distribution was enough to anticipate the outcome. James has workout muscles and a bit of fat, Alex has everyday work muscles, and very low fat. You got 2 different type of muscles. The one you see at the opponent are the so called “slow” muscles you get from lifting, etc. They’re big, but relatively slow. Then you got the muscles from IdaT. The so called “fast” muscles. They’re smaller, but can give more explosive power in a short time. You get those from fightsports and jobs like blacksmithing.

Just by looking at their muscles distribution was enough to anticipate the outcome. James has workout muscles and a bit of fat, Alex has everyday work muscles, and very low fat.
