Irina did not look at all sad when marching with the Volturi to execute the Cullens. Then she saw her sisters and you could see the regret there. Love the moment when the wolves arrive. The music is awesome.

@@victoriademedici Not everyone seen here is a member of the Volturi, some are just witnesses who took their side, this is why in the books Aro was nervous about a fight because the witnesses could turn on him at any time and thanks to Bella the Cullen had a shot at ending the Volturi

@@thewhitespectre He was concerned but aren’t witnesses still technically counted as members of the Volturi? I don’t think any of them were people that heard about this and decided to show up (on the Volturi’s side) if that’s what you’re meaning. Bella was worried in the books because she thought they were outnumbered until Edward said many were witnesses and the witnesses wouldn’t be fighting them too but here in the movies the Cullens’ side was in fact outnumbered. This was a necessary change from the books imo bc even with Jane, Alec, and the Volturi’s relations, the guard being smaller than around 30-35 seemed stupid. Also, random rant but pretty much everyone having a gift on the Cullens’ side is dumb. The gifts should be rarer that made no sense.

@@victoriademedici Well actually no not everyone had a gift, only Edward, Alice, and Bella. Jasper also had a gift but it wasn't one that Aro thought was worth having. Carlisle, Esme, Rosalie, and Emmett don't have gifts

For me, the big wolves tipped the balance- Aro knew this was his ending and the ending of his Volturi. So, he backed off with "face" still in tact. Loved the witnesses. Great movie!!!

In the book aro was not afraid of a defeat he was more afraid of losing gifted vampire and losing power and influence in the vampire world and rebellion even with the wolves the cullens didn't think they can beat the volturi that's why they had backup plan involving Jacob and renesmee and Alice did not show any visions to aro that never happened

I love how Renesmee was just like "Bro, why am i even here" the whole time.

Although they are not werewolves! That's something most people don't seem to know. They're shapeshifters. There are werewolves in this universe, and the Volturi often war against them, but a big difference is werewolves can't control the change and don't know who they are while in wolf form. Jacob and his pack are conscious of who they are the whole time and can change any time.

@@Calliope023 why in the movies does Caius call them werewolves? This is science fiction. You can try to overanalyze, break it down, "explain" it any way you want or can, but it's plain and simple. They are werewolves. Real vampires don't sparkle in the sun, but they are still vampires here, period. A movie/book writer can change whatever details they want about mythical creatures because they are fictional.

I genuinely loved these movies, very nostalgic. Minus the baby cgi. I first got into it because this ex convict guy I worked with at burger King, a super gangster cholo dude was really into the books 😂. Imagine a Hispanic Tupac but he's taking about the drama between Edward and Jacob and why they glitter in the sun, the contrast was so crazy. I'll never forget that. My ex was a film snob, when I told her I liked it I think she thought less of me. I don't get why people hate them, it's like Nickelback or Justin Bieber. They get hate, but they're really good, it's just trendy to hate them. Some movies are like a filet mignon, others are more like a fast food meal. Sometimes you just want some nuggets and sauce, even if it's not fancy. This movie is McDonald's, and I like McDonald's. Charlie just doesn't get it, it was a different time and this story was really unique at the time. It was a new concept. Bonus lore - As a kid I watched the first 3, I don't know how or why but either cvid wiped memory of it or I never watched the last two. During lockdowns I watched them while doing ketamine and when I saw there was more than three I thought I was hallucinating. It felt as if I found out there was a third Mario brother and somehow I just found out 30 years later. So I watched them back to back tripping balls feeling like I'm a kid again and it was great. Thanks for reading my manic novel I wrote for no reason.

It’s was 101 volturi vs 42 Cullen/wolves 28 vamps, 14 wolves. If you watch the charge in the battle scene the Cullens and wolves won the charge tipping the tide to their favour from the beginning let alone Benjamin’s earth split

I don't think the vision was about winning, it was about Aro's death that, that would make Aro decide not to fight. If you pay close attention to the verry final scene of the vision you see volturi guards closing in on Edward and Bella. Even stephenie meyer stated that she believes the volturi would come out on top. But the power would be broken for ever. So

​@@riv3036the volturi only would win battles because of Alec's gift. Alec's gift could rob you of all senses and you would not even feel a thing when you where shattered apart. His mist could attack multiple targets at once. So any possible battle against an army would be over in matter of minutes. But bella's shield was changing everything. In the book Alec gets to use his mist in attempt do bring down al of the Cullen's and their witnesses and its blocked by Bella's shield. So the only thing that would determine the outcome of the battle for the volturi's where their numbers. Even stephenie meyer stated that she believes the volturi would have won. However: the most powerful members of the volturi leaders and guard would not have lived to see the victory. And most unacceptable: aro would have died. Like I said already if you pay close attention at the final shots of the battle vision you volturi guards closing on Bella and Edward. There is no way the Cullen's would make it out alive.

Nope, the volturi only has 2 gifted vampires jane and alec, while the cullens have kate, bella, zafrina, and benjamin. Bella alone disables alec and jane, kate can electrocute her enemies, zafrina can blind her enemies and benjamin can control the nature itself. Not to mention the wolves. Notice how the volturi stopped marching when the wolves arrived. They were already too much for the volturi

Lol, the fun thing would be if they found Vampirism isn't a virus and any werewolf can turn into a vamp while any vamp can turn into a werewolf. It's just a matter of using your energy in a certain way. Imagine if a vamp versus werewolf meditation existed. For vampiric traits exhale as much as you can and once you can't exhale anymore, you probably feel a strange feeling inside your heart. Keep that feeling permanently and almost radiate your energy outwards. Also don't forget the most important part, which is pushing all your energy up to your brain, it's the same pushing feeling you now keep inside your heart that I taught before, but you also push that energy up, until all of it is in your brain. You will develop increased intellect, sharpened senses and greater physical strength and speed. Your memory also becomes superior and almost photographic, but you will become cold hearted, tense and emotionally distant by nature as you cut yourself off from empathy. To turn yourself into a werewolf do the opposite, inhale as much energy as you can and once you can't anymore you have a sucking feeling inside your heart. Keep that feeling forever while imagining connecting yourself to other people and sucking energy from nature and outer space. You will become more warm, relaxed and emotionally accessible and you will care for people because you can feel them. Your intellect might take a hit though and you might struggle with memory and maybe even eyesight as sucking too much power from your brain may increase your empathy, but you pay by becoming dumber in all ways, which is a trade-off for emotional intelligence, which should be at least somehow balanced. Werewolves and vampires are basically the same kind of people, they just use their energy in different way and they can't agree on which way is superior. Also don't forget that by breaking a streak of either pushing or sucking the energy you lose your powers, while maintaining a streak increases your power day by day.
