I liked how in the book Edward points out they want him AND Alice, Edward said he saw Aro’s desire was them both at his side, the present and the future at his command…I wish they had pointed out edwards gifts were nearly as desirable as Alice’s and Aro was also VERY interested in seeing what Bella would bring to the table when turned since he couldn’t read her either…it’s probably the only real reason he allowed her to live previously

That’s exactly why he left her alive considering she was already displaying powers even before the change. Aro could tell Bella would be extremely powerful to say the least that’s also why he wants Alice, Edward and Bella as these 3 are the most powerful of the coven.

Alice can see the future and Bella is immune to all attacks from abilities wielded by other vampires and she can project her power on others and expand it. So far Bella has proven to be the most powerful shield to exist aro does have a shield by his side in the books but she is nowhere near as powerful as Bella. Bella’s shield abilities allow her to also have the most control over everything she does hence why she had a much easier time transforming into her vampire self and not struggle much with the blood.

@@Mcherri the end of the book she was able to almost reflect edwards shield back or remove it essentially because she was able to show him everything from her perspective from the beginning with them, I remember her saying she’d been working on it, so that’d be curious to see also later on, how that ability might be used in future :)

And yet Volturi are equally evil, just pretend otherwise and are good at pretending, and this alone saves them from Vladimir and Stefan's fate. At least for now. It's only natural for Vladimir and Stefan to want to expose the truth about the Volturi. The truth all vampires deliberately ignore because they are scared that without the Volturi there would be chaos.

It’s so inspirational it feels like my heart is in my throat. Situations like this are what my ancestors fought against. Tyrants come in all forms.

Kate and Garrett should of been in all the movies. I swear there love story was so beautiful and pure, I want more❤️ I’ll never get enough how they both stare at each other with so much love at 1:08 to 1:13 so much love in there beautiful red eyes, I’m gonna cry❤️

The funny part is that he really wanted Bella an Alice especially Bella he knew about her talent before she became a vampire that's why he kept bothering them on when her transformation came

Binge watched this while series during my nights in Tahoe while it was snowing. Perfect setting.

2:15 These guys are soooo badaaassss!!! Every single sound, movement, language and expression plus (short) backstory. I keep rewatching haha

It was a beautiful chain and now full of memories, the visual effects were amazing and even the battles are still chilling 🖤

@@FriggSaga That's just their allies though. Most of which died over a 1000 years ago. Not much about THEM. They seem to be physically superior. Able to run circles around the Cullens and the werewolves with no problem. Bella's shield would probably do nothing to that and even Edwards mind reading would probably be too slow to help in a fight. But I doubt that being faster and stronger would be enough to have kept them alive this long if other vampires with tracking and offensive abilities were hunting them. I suspect one or both of them has some kind of a subtle cloak or mind control ability. Hell, perhaps they make people procrastinators! Give everyone the feeling of "Eh, we'll deal with it some other day". Would fit the series ending... What We Do In The Shadows style post epilog ending: "Dammit Stefan, you did it again. Everyone went home." ""Was an accident, I got nervous."' "Would be nice if we could find a vampire who could make people go solve problems, instead of putting it off." "I think that vampire died, right away, Vladmir." "Nevermind, life is great. Want to go have a Diamond Dawn Dance at some beach raver?" "Of course, I'll make The Volturi not worry about it, again." Yes, that is courious, other than exceptional strengh and speed there is no hint on the movie of other powers or how they ruled the vampire world
