I prepare them very often and they never tire me! My family loves them too! Anyone can make this easy garlic and basil eggplant recipe! - 3 cloves of garlic

Delicious, my Dad always made a simpler version of this when we were growing up he was a Greek from Romania, now I make it on special family occasions.

@@OnlyJustSayinhello I'm Romanian I can tell you our simple version. Just fry the eggplants. Serve them with our traditional garlic SOS very easy to make. Just mix olive oil salt pepper and crushed fresh garlic. Another traditional sous greek yoghurt mixed with crushed garlic salt pepper. Enjoy

Fry the Aubergines in a very little oil on medium flame or deep fry on high flame.. Once they are brown, Spread joghurt on it . pour salt, pepper dry mins powder and paprika... Eat with Naan or chapaty... You can also fry zuchini along with. Try once.
