Hi everyone! Today I present to you an incredibly tasty and very easy to prepare eggplant recipe! Pan-fried aubergines with tomatoes, onions and garlic yogurt sauce is a perfect dish for lunch or dinner. When you have little time to cook, this recipe is perfect for you! I assure you your family will love eggplants made this way! All you need is a pan and a few minutes of time to prepare a super tasty vegetarian dish! - 2 onions
- 8 tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic

Так цей рецепт правильний і баклажани досить смачні. Тільки баклажани коли ложити в соус то не мішати, вони повинні бути цілими. А то у автора получилася каша.
