This is actually one of my favorite meals now and my wife just asked for me to do it for mother’s day the only difference is I added bell peppers and celery and fat long strings of onions

I made it tonight and even my vegetarian wife had to try a potato because it smelled so incredible. One of the best chicken dishes I've ever made and maybe ever tried. Be aware there is more sauce than anticipated. I may make some pasta for the side next time. A++!

I am currently at the baking part of this recipe that I am cooking for my son who is recuperating from very serious injuries. I made something similar today,it wasn't exactly this recipe as i used Gochujang paste instead of chilli sauce and mustard....the first time ive tried something like this and it came out extremely well...
