I’m Puerto Rican and tbh I do not use sazón or asomo because it contains a lot of salt, I’ve also made this recipe and I do add garlic and onion powder and other spices and it comes out great

У меня сложилось впечатление, что большинство критических комментариев написано на русском языке. Я не знаю, почему.. На кухне разочарование не к добру. Для хорошей кухни нужно время... и сердце... Не у всех есть дар нарезать и шинковать как повар.. При всем уважении и к русской кухне.. :) Привет из Польши ✌️

Why does all your recipes have eggs and milk poured over it. I would have left that out and just baked with potatoes and onions.?

@@Micha-kw7gd Национальная кухня здесь не причём. Просто видео очень сильно растянуто. Все и так прекрасно знают, как резать картофель с луком и помидорами. А тратить на это смотрибельное время никому не нужно. Просто автору нужно делать грамотно монтаж видео.

I was wondering if the potatoes would cook through… I would probably par cook my potatoes just incase they don’t cook through… I do this for potato bake too… 😊

I cook whole or sliced chicken in soup such as creamy asparagus or chicken. I add spices, veggies, maybe some cream & shredded cheese. I then put it all in a big roasting pan & cook it - so yummy, easy & very delicious !!

Anyone suggest an alternative to the thyme? I find purchased dried thyme here in Canada always tastes mouldy. I used fresh rosemary instead, making the dish as per the instructions given. It was pleasant, if a bit bland, and needed a much longer cooking time.

Долго же вы засыпаете, я выспаться успела.
So I've asked this question on about 5 other videos of this recipes and have yet to get an answer, so I'm hoping I'll get one here. So I've tried this recipe 3 times, and each time there's this nasty liquid left at the bottom. Could I be cutting my potatoes to thinly as I use a mandolin or am I using the wrong potatoes, using rustic potatoes? Thank you in advance for any response.

After watching the video, my thought would be to reduce the amount of milk (trial and error) or add 1-2 tablespoons of flour to milk and eggs as a thickener. Hope that helps
