I like to reduce the fat content so will substitute yogurt for the cream. I am also going to use turkey bacon to make this a dish to serve for Sunday brunch. Thank you.

What type of dish is this?
The tomato is a superb touch! The color and taste makes the dish exceptional in a very easy way. What an excellent recipe and so simple. I added a touch of garlic to mine but that's my only change.

@@marcialyons4945 I like mine soft to. I cooked mine for 30 mins @350 because I didn't understand cooking it on 180, checked on it and wasn't done and cooked for another 30 mins. Turned out great. I made it with Cinnamon toast crunch cornbread...

Un delice MERCI TOUT LE MONDE A ADORÉ A REFAIRE
Magnífico!
I initially cooked for 30 mins @ 350 F...not enough time..so I turned it up to 375 cooked another 30 minutes...still very liquidy...I put the cheese and tomatoes on and baked for 20 mins more....still too much liquid but it tasted deelish! I popped back into the oven at 400 F for 10 more mins to cook off the liquid. Will make it again and adjust temperature. God Bless!

In America we use canned mushroom or cream of chicken soups for the sauce in casseroles. It’s not very healthy with all the additives and preservatives, I like how you made this with the cream and eggs. I’m making it today, will post later how it turned out. Thanks for sharing♥️

Let’s keep the temperature, according to the formula: (180°C × 9/5) + 32 = 356°F and keep the same 40 min. cooking time (30+10)min., just for the sake of it ;)
