ingredients for 5 to 6 people:
olive oil
an onion
2 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
20 cl of tomato puree
350 g chicken fillets
330 g long grain rice
salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, curry
for the spices I use about a level teaspoon of each spice except for the paprika I put a full teaspoon
remember to wash the rice well to remove the starch and prevent it from sticking during cooking

Przepisy są świetne, wczoraj przygotowałam zapiekane z kurczakiem i zemniakami. Wyszło super! A można filmiki trochę krócej robic, sa niepotrzebnie rozciagniente i chcę się przewijac non stop 😊. A same przepisy cudo cudowne!

Ive just made this, very nice it is too! But I cooked the rice separately. Two reasons, one I had too much chicken and veg in my pan, and secondly I want to freeze some of it and then have some with either pasta, mashed potatoes or chips/fries.
This chicken and rice looks so delicious, I would love to try it! 😍

Muito bom, às vezes faço arroz cozido com frango, calabresa, linguiça ou carne cortados em tirinhas finas ou cubinhos. Fica muito bom. E macarrão também. Pode acrescentar, vinho, creme de leite. Aí vai da sua inspiração!😘👍👏👏

@@silvanachavez3310 el arroz se enjuaga tres veces, para sacar el almidón, lo blanco qué tiene el arroz. Mi arroz es común y me salió suuuuuper genial 👌 parece arroz retostado, saludos

Rice is too sticky in this recepe. Too wet and not fluffy. Low heat/simmer for a longer time will help.

Согласна. Да, к тому же в самом начале жарить овощи, потом добавлять остальное... Мне кажется можно было овощи отдельно пожарить, а потом соединить.

Looks like a pretty good variation of Spanish rice adding the chicken and curry. And I'm not sure which rice you use that needs rinsed, but it doesn't hurt, so I'll leave it.
