Hey Gene just so you know, you can also take photos by just pressing the volume button on the side of your phone. Makes it not as awkward to hold and figure it might help out. People have probably said this before but just wanted to share in case they hadn’t! Hopefully it helps a bit!

I've been fishing the Cumberland past few days throwing everything in the box at em and only got one smallie August is the worst month for bass fishing in TN and by the way go dawgs!

Fished a tournament out there last night. Someone came in with 3 fish weighing 14.5. It's a tuff lake but does produce some good sacks..

It's just a cheap phone case with a home made tether. I make it out of paracord and gorilla tape.

hey brother idk if you would remember me whatsoever but we met a few years back at the bassmaster when it was in Knoxville last time. I have the pic somewhere of us just gotta find it. I was wondering if you had a discount code for Dakota lithium by chance or for any other of your gear. second thing I wanted to ask is if you could do an update on your gear as in rod and reels and if any changes have been made to the yak. I just got the new crescent shoalie and just kinda trying to gather as much rigging information as possible. I've been using 13 reels and rods since I met you and love them. just want to know if you had the time to show your set ups and your favorite lures possibly as well. if not it's all good brother! keep up the great work. you're literally the reason I started bass fishing. I always chased pike trout and walleye but I'm all bass these days! so I appreciate you man!

Curly tail worms Texas rigged and do a slow retrieve back to you with occasional twitch and pops of the rod has always worked for me. Green pumpkin, June bug, watermelon type color's.

A bag of ice, fish love cooler water. As a matter of fact, after the ice in your cooler melts - dump that in too, they love all kinds of cooler water.

Gene, never, ever say a fish is "twelve and a half". Any fish in the 12-1/16" all the way to 12-15/16" is a "foot and a ___". So yours, Foot and a half. Verbal clickbait, it sounds better, but aint lyin'. (I'm jokin' with ya, btw.) Gotta say, I love that you're genuine. Lot of the fishing TV shows, and YT channels, you'd think they were just seining them in, no such thing as a slow day or a day where six hours of fishing resulted in a couple bites and a sore elbow. Nobody talks about that. Makes guys like me who genuinely suck feel even worse. I like that you're real and you don't mislead people to think fishing is a one-cast/one-fish exercise.

Have 2 colors of JJs magic and have not caught anything when using it……

If anyone on here knows how to get in touch with one of these people one of their kayaks fell off of the trailer and I am taking it to Section Alabama police department
