Discover the super delicious flavors of Mochi Mochi - a combination of creamy, flavorful ice cream with a soft and smooth mochi exterior - the combination of flavors and textures is incredible! From my favorites - banana and Nutella to yogurt and cherries, as well as white chocolate and raspberry, lychee, and many many more! And vegan options are also available!
If you've never heard of 'mochi', it's a traditional Japanese sweet made from glutinous rice and sugar and flavorings. It has a chewy texture and is enjoyed as a dessert or snack. The rice is pounded and shaped into various forms - and in Japan, it is often filled with sweet fillings like red bean paste or matcha cream. So I was surprised to find this amazing sweet in Colombia, combined with ice cream which tastes even better than you can imagine!
