Welcome to Abroad With Ben travel and lifestyle videos! Who is Helping the HOMELESS Animals of MEDELLIN? I recently visited an animal adoption day here in Medellin called 'Adoptaton' (in Spanish), to see all the great work that the animal refuges of Medellin are doing to find new forever homes for the hundreds of beautiful dogs and cats that they are taking care of. In this video, I'll introduce you to Ana, the founder of the animal foundation 'Refugio Animal Huella Vital' who will tell us more about the work she does and the support her foundation needs.
Ana works tirelessly 7 days a week, 365 days a year, taking care of hundreds of dogs and cats that need constant food, veterinary care and support. She has the constant stress of feeding and taking care of all the animals in her shelter, and she does it all alone without volunteers. Let's help her out in any way we can.
