Welcome to Abroad With Ben travel and lifestyle videos! In this week's video, I take you to a really cool Japanese ice cream store in Medellin Colombia - and guess what? It hides a little secret! Make sure you watch to the end to find out what it is!
If you've never heard of Taiyaki before, these are little fish-shaped waffle-style cones that in Japan are filled with red bean paste, custard, sweet potato, chocolate or other flavored fillings. Here at Taiyaki Medellin, their freshly store-made taiyaki cones are filled with Nutella and vanilla or matcha green tea ice cream, and sprinkled with toppings of your choice. The ice cream is really smooth and creamy and you're gonna love it!
