I think the long sword special sheathe GP attack and the kabutowari attack in MHW/MHR are quite good references for Intrepid to do the impact frame but whole the impact frame thing is a double edge sword and need to be careful.

My only 2 cents: I dont think people "dislike pvp" I just think people dislike getting ganked, zergs, or "attked for no reason" If their "bounty hunter"/"body guard" and "red means bad = hunt" system goes well, even "non pvp'ers" could live in that system

Yeah. PvP is a lot like sex. When 2 consenting parties do it, it's fun, it builds up relations and increases proficiency for future endeavors. But when one party wants to assert dominance over another, who's not in the mood at the time, nobody really has any fun and some people might quit forever because of that.
